Service Delivery

1. Nature of the Service

Portfolio Managed is a digital software-as-a-service product. There is no physical product or shipment. Your subscription gives you access to the platform via web browser at app.portfoliomanaged.com and through our mobile applications.

2. Account Provisioning

When you start a paid subscription, your account is provisioned immediately upon successful payment confirmation from our payment processor. There is no manual delivery delay.

3. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email at the address registered on your account within minutes of payment. The email includes:

  • A receipt for the charge.
  • Your subscription details and billing period.
  • A link to access your account.

4. Service Availability

The Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled maintenance windows. We aim to give at least 30 days' notice of any planned maintenance that materially affects availability.

5. Issues with Delivery

If you do not receive your confirmation email within one hour of payment, or you cannot access the Service, please email support@portfoliomanaged.com with your account email and the approximate time of payment. We will respond within one business day.
