Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your Portfolio Managed subscription at any time. Cancellation can be requested from within the platform under Account & Billing, or by emailing support@portfoliomanaged.com from the address registered on your account.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to the Service until that date, and you will not be charged for any future period.
3. Free Plan
Accounts on the Starter (free) plan can be closed at any time at no cost. Once closed, the account becomes read-only for 30 days, after which the account and its data are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Data Export and Retention
Within 30 days of cancellation, you may export your data using the in-platform export tools. After 30 days, your account and the data within it are scheduled for deletion in accordance with our retention schedule.
5. Reactivation
If you change your mind within 30 days of cancellation, you can reactivate your account by signing in and resuming your subscription. After 30 days, you will need to create a new account.
