What We Build

Our platform helps you manage every part of the tenancy lifecycle: properties, units, tenants, contracts, finances, maintenance, and compliance. The product is purpose-built for the UAE market and aligned with RERA regulations and Ejari requirements.

Why We Built It

After years of running real-estate operations across more than two dozen affiliated companies, we kept hitting the same problem: existing software was either built for other markets and bolted onto the UAE, or built for the UAE but stuck in the past. Portfolio Managed is the system we wanted ourselves.
